DELTA STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL: Notice of Modification of Delta Levee Investment Strategy Economic and Fiscal Impact Statement

From the Delta Stewardship Council:

The Delta Stewardship Council is proposing a regulatory amendment to implement the Council’s Delta Levees Investment Strategy (DLIS). This amendment would assign a priority of very-high, high, or other to each island or tract located within the legal boundaries of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and Suisun Marsh. The text of the proposed regulations has been modified, and an Addendum to the Initial Statement of Reasons and the Form 399 – Economic and Fiscal Impact Statement has been added to the rulemaking file and is available for public inspection and comment.

The Council will accept public comments on the modifications to the text of the proposed regulation and the Addendum beginning on December 15, 2022, and concluding on January 9, 2023.
