The Water Boards has developed a document describing steps that can be taken to protect water quality for tribal cultural, traditional, and subsistence purposes. The draft document is intended to support tribal and public engagement in this process, and we are reaching out to request your feedback to make this document stronger.
We created this document in response to requests from the California Environmental Protection Agency Tribal Advisory Committee, tribes, and members of the public. We hope that this document will serve as an aid in explaining our regulatory process and lead to broader engagement across the state.
You can access the document here: bit.ly/tbu_draft
Please share your comments and suggestions for how we can improve this document by November 11, 2022 to firstname.lastname@example.org.
