From the Bureau of Reclamation:
Reclamation proposes to issue annual Warren Act agreements/contracts to certain participating Friant Division contracts and North Kern Water Storage District that would allow the cumulative annual introduction of up to 50,000 acre-feet of groundwater into the Friant-Kern Canal over a two-year period to meet existing agricultural needs.
