NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Proposed Changes to Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program General Orders to Incorporate CV-SALTS Requirements

The Central Valley Water Board has released proposed revisions to the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program Waste Discharge Requirements General Orders for Growers within the Central Valley that are Members of a Third-Party Group (ILRP General Orders). The proposed revisions incorporate the recently adopted Central Valley-wide Salt and Nitrate Control Program into the ILRP General Orders. The proposed changes affect requirements for the third-party groups and their members.

A public hearing concerning this matter will be held at the regular Board meeting on 22 and 23 April 2021 as an online meeting only. Any person may submit comments in writing on the proposed revisions.
