The Solano County Water Agency has filed an appeal with the Delta Stewardship Council (Council) to appeal Westlands Water District’s Certification of Consistency for the Lower Yolo Ranch Restoration Project.
Westlands Water District filed its Certification of Consistency for the project on April 7, 2020 finding that the Lower Yolo Ranch Restoration Certification of Consistency is consistent with the Council’s Delta Plan. The Solano County Water Agency appeal was filed with the Council on May 8, 2020.
