The document will soon be made available at the Department of Water Resources Box Site, here: https://cadwr.app.box.com/s/irusyewojv4nwzmxfznghzmgli9sswcw.
The negotiators plan to discuss this document at the next negotiation session to be scheduled in late January, 2020, at a location to be determined. The details for the meeting, including the exact meeting date and venue will be publicly distributed before the session.
