ANNOUNCEMENT: CEQA Early Consultation meetings for proposed recycled water amendment

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) staff has scheduled California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) early public consultation meetings for a proposed amendment to the Policy for Water Quality Control for Recycled Water (Recycled Water Policy). The meetings will be held at the locations and times specified below.

The purpose of the early public consultation meetings is to seek input from public agencies and members of the public on the potential environmental effects of the proposed Recycled Water Policy Amendment and the scope and content of the information that should be included and analyzed in the environmental documentation.

A quorum of State Water Board members may be present at the early public consultation meetings; however, no action will be taken by the State Water Board at the meetings.
