The final report from the independent science panel convened by the Delta Stewardship Council’s Delta Science Program for the third phase review of the draft Bay Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP) Effects Analysis has been posted.
The Effects Analysis, a critical component of the BDCP, is intended to provide the best scientific assessment of the likely effects of BDCP actions on the species of concern and the ecological processes of the Bay-Delta system. The Panel’s report details recommendations for how to improve the BDCP Effects Analysis and its associated appendices to achieve the stated goals.
