From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The State Water Board has posted the following new information on its drought website at http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/waterrights/water_issues/programs/drought/tucp.shtml
1) the January 15, 2015 Drought Contingency Plan for the State Water Project and Central Valley Project; and
2) a request from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to temporarily modify southern Delta salinity requirements at Vernalis and the State Water Board Executive Director’s response to that request.
